The working principle of the two-in-one solenoid valve mainly involves the interaction of the electromagnet, the valve body and the valve core, and controls the mechanical movement by controlling the current on and off of the electromagnet.The two-part solenoid valve has a closed cavity with through holes in different positions, and each hole is connected to a different oil pipe.In the middle of the cavity is a piston, and on both sides are two electromagnets.When a magnet coil is energized, the valve body is attracted to the energized side, and different oil drain holes are opened or closed by controlling the movement of the valve body.The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the hydraulic oil enters different oil drain pipes, and the piston of the oil cylinder is pushed through the pressure of the oil, which in turn drives the movement of the mechanical device.This control method realizes precise control of mechanical movement through the current on and off of the electromagnet

 

Specifically, the working principle of the two-way solenoid valve can be further subdivided into two types: single-channel and dual-channel:

 

A single-channel two-position solenoid valve consists of an electromagnet, a valve body and a valve core.When the electromagnet is energized, a magnetic field is generated to attract the valve core and seal it with the valve body. At this time, both ends of the valve body communicate with the inlet and outlet respectively.When the power is off, the valve core is removed under the action of a spring, so that the inlet and outlet are separated, and the fluid switch control is realized.‌

The dual-channel two-position solenoid valve is also composed of an electromagnet, a valve body and a valve core, but has two inlets and one outlet (or two outlets and one inlet).By controlling the energized state of the electromagnet A or B, different connection states between inlet 1 and inlet 2 and outlet can be realized, so as to realize fluid control.
